I am one who is taking the time to take care of myself. I am one who knows that water is very healing for me. I am one who is immersed in nature.I am one is staying in touch with nature.The healing waters this weekend are a nebulizer. I am recovering from a bad bout of bronchitis that has kept me down for more than a week. I consider myself lucky that I only get this type of illness every couple of years! But I am now anxious to start functioning again. Now to get my strength up!

Dear Audrey, I'm sure I've visited here in the past, but somehow this blog dropped off my radar when I went through some changes. I'm so glad to have found it again through the new Ning circle! Hope your health has improved, and I see you're also in transition job-wise... potentially stressful times, but I hope just the right thing comes along for you.
